When will my order ship?
When you shop @ OutdoorNRg.com you get fast service. We are committed to providing you with the fastest possible shopping experience anywhere! All in-stock orders with verified addresses placed before 3pm Eastern time will ship out on the same day (orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday), and you will be emailed a tracking number by the following morning. The only exception to this is on certain Mondays, when the volume of orders placed over the weekend may delay some orders until Tuesday. If you need to have an order shipped out on Monday, please call us at 1-866-783-8734 by 3pm Eastern. If there are any issues with your order, you will be notified immediately and given the proper instructions on how to expedite your order. Please use the map below to get an estimated shipping time for your order.

How much is my shipping?
To calculate the shipping charges for an order, follow these easy steps:
1.Add your items to the cart. 2.Click "Checkout" (do not worry, you will not be placing an order). 3.Login if you have not already done so. 4.From the next screen you will be able to select your shipping option from a menu on the left side. The page will reload with the updated order total including shipping amount.

Does my package require a signature?
Ups Shipping With any order over $250, an adult at least 21 years of age must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. If your order is under $250 and there is a safe place to leave the package, the carrier may leave the package if no one is available at the time of delivery. This is a decision made by your local delivery person, and although OutdoorNRG can not take responsibility for packages lost in transit, we can work with you to process a missing package claim with the carrier.

Can I track my package?
As long as you have entered a valid email address you will receive an email letting you know that your package has been shipped and you can view tracking information in your account online. All you need to do is login to your account, then click on "Order Status and Tracking." Select the order you wish to track and click on the linked tracking number. A new window with real-time tracking information will pop up.

Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. If both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may receive an automated email regarding verification of your address.
If this is the case, please give us a call at 866-783-8734 so that we can manually verify your addresses with the credit card company. We do have an address match department that calls banks to verify addresses daily. If your financial institution cannot verify your address with us, you will be contacted via email or phone call. If we are unable to verify your address within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.

When you place an international order, the shipping options shown are the only methods available to your country.
Certain items cannot be shipped internationally; this includes items under pressure such as 12 gram CO2 cartridges and AirSoft Green Gas. We reserve the right to remove any of these items from your order prior to shipping it out or cancel any order that only contains these items. You will not be charged for any items removed or cancelled orders.

• International orders are all orders with ship-to addresses outside of the United States and Puerto Rico. International orders do not include orders being shipped to APO/FPO boxes. If you are shipping to an APO of FPO box, please scroll down and read the infornation on Apo's and Fpos.

Freight Charges When placing your order, the freight will be automatically calculated when you select your shipping method.
Brokerage/Customs/Duty Fees There may be additional charges due at the time of delivery for your international order. These may include brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees, international tariff fees, and other fees that may be specifically related to your country.
All fees due at the time of delivery are the customer's responsibility. If you refuse the package and do not pay the fees due, UPS will return the package to OutdorNRG.com The total amount of fees due, plus any return shipping UPS charges us, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard 7% restocking fee charged on all returns for credit. If the fees are more than the amount of the refund, the difference will be charged to your card upon receipt of the package. If you refuse to pay the fees at the request of UPS and they still deliver the package, OutdoorNRG.com, will hold you responsible for any fees we incur for your package. By doing so you are authorizing OutdoorNRG.com to charge the credit card you used to place the original order the exact amount for any fees the shipping company deflected back to us. Please note that since these fees are non-refundable we will not be able to refund them to you for ANY reason.

Most shipments are delivered to Canadian destinations in 2-8 business days from date of order, depending upon the shipping method.
NOTE: Shipping charges to Canada shown on our site do not include GST, PST, brokerage fees or any other duties, taxes, or fees which may be applicable and are due at time of delivery.
